I’m a Business Development and PR professional with a knack for bringing in higher volumes and revenues by providing cost-effective solutions to business situations by building trust and relationships using unconventional, non-traditional methods. My cool, composed and straightforward (no tricks-up-the-sleeve or behind-the-back) attitude has made me particularly effective in finding simple and effective solutions.
The diverse work areas and the range of products and services that I’ve dealt with have assisted me in gaining a fair amount of expertise in a few core areas, such as:
- Relationship Building
- Business development
- Motion picture production – especially low-budget productions
- Online marketing and advertising
- Training groups on sales and marketing
I’m comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels. I’m particularly drawn to those companies / products / services that embody the notion of “doing well by doing good.” I really enjoy the company of smart, passionate, and respectful people.
I have excellent communication skills (written and oral) and team building comes naturally to me. I’m known to create butt-kicking teams!
I’m not exactly a workoholic but work does take up a lot of my time. In the little free time that I get, I like to dabble in a wide array of activities such as photography, reading, sketching, and enjoying Indian classical music with my big mug of piping hot Darjeeling Chai (tea)! All of this is, of course, added to spending time with family and friends.
